Who We Are
The Fab 5 Foundation, Inc. is not just any other youth and community driven
organization. Like many other community-based organizations, we focus on nurturing and developing the minds of young girls but also place a strong emphasis on promoting
confidence and higher education. The uniqueness of the program is that we are dynamic
and innovative. On our own terms we first teach young girls to find out who they are
exactly, and then we assist them through hands on experiences to prove that thought
right. We create facts not opinions. We help make dreams come alive.
The Fab 5 Foundation, Inc. will take inner city at- risk girls, and provide them with a
safe and reliable environment, where they are sure to get positive support to accomplish
meaningful goals they hope to achieve. Many young girls are misguided and
misunderstood by some and others by all, but we listen and we learn to understand to
help them achieve their optimal success level. We emphasize to our program participants
that they are so much bigger than their situations, they are so much richer than their low-
income communities, and they are so much more powerful than the negative influences
that they face every day.

Each creative activity prompt is an opportunity for our girls to embrace a new challenge. Through hands-on learning, they are more likely to remain engaged and to build upon their creative problem-solving skills.
